Notifications are not arriving
Open Pawffy → Settings → Notifications and confirm reminders are enabled. Then check iPhone or iPad Settings → Notifications → Pawffy. A reminder also needs a future date or medication time. Pawffy asks for notification access when you first save a reminder, not at launch.
Restore a Pawffy Plus purchase
Open Pawffy → Settings → Pawffy Plus → Restore Purchases. Use the same App Store account that made the purchase. Pawffy will show whether a purchase was restored, no active purchase was found, or an error occurred.
Understand trials and pricing
The paywall displays the current App Store price. “Start Free Trial” appears only when the App Store reports that the selected account is eligible for the introductory offer. Eligibility and billing are managed by Apple.
Turn private iCloud sync on or off
iCloud sync starts only when you explicitly enable it, an authoritative Pawffy Plus entitlement is active, and iCloud is available. The Privacy screen shows whether the current app session is using a local-only or CloudKit-backed store.
Delete Pawffy data
Open Pawffy → Settings → Data & Privacy. The deletion result reports this device, private iCloud, and optional Sign in with Apple compatibility separately. Pawffy does not show a complete result when a requested layer fails or is still pending.
A medication schedule needs review
Older non-daily medication records may not contain enough timing information. Pawffy pauses those reminders and asks you to confirm the frequency, day, and time instead of creating a guessed daily reminder.
Care and emergency boundary
Pawffy is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a veterinarian. If an animal may need urgent care, contact a veterinarian or local emergency clinic directly.
When you contact us
Include the Pawffy app version, build number, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a short description of what happened. Avoid sending sensitive medical or personal information unless it is necessary to resolve your request.
